This privacy notice has been prepared by ALPER ALP DOMESTIC AND FOREIGN TRADE LIMITED COMPANY ("AquaTroy"), as data controller, under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") to inform people who visit the aquatroy.com website and contact us.

Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5(2) of the KVKK: it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (c), it is necessary for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligations (ç), it is necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right (e), and it is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (f). Where none of these grounds apply, your data is processed only with your explicit consent.

Your personal data is collected when you send it to us through channels such as the contact form on our website, email, phone and WhatsApp, and by automated means while you visit the site.

Limited to the purposes above and in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, your personal data may be transferred to legally authorised public institutions and to the suppliers we use for the website and its information technology infrastructure. Your data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it is; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; to request its erasure or destruction under the conditions of Article 7; to request that corrections and erasures be notified to the third parties to whom it was transferred; to object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.

You can send requests regarding your rights in writing to our address above, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, or by email to alper@aquatroy.com. Your application will be concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on its nature; if the process requires an additional cost, the fee set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
